TMS-KIOSK TOUCH SCREEN SYSTEM

The Perfect Solution for Unautomated Terminals

Full-powered terminal management without the costs of load rack automation...Completely installed within 30 minutes.

TMS-Kiosk is designed for terminals that need to manage and distribute transaction data more effectively but can't justify the costs to connect their load racks and weighscales to an automation system. It's great for both metered loads and weighed loads. If you need to reduce your credit risks, eliminate handwritten BOLs and reports, and end the hassle of faxing them, this is the perfect solution that won't break your budget.

TMS Kiosk Touch-Screen SystemTMS-Kiosk is a touch screen PC with a built-in card reader that runs GA-ESI's full TMS3000® terminal management system. Drivers or terminal operators use it to quickly get load authorizations and then enter the actual load information, which is then validated and processed by TMS3000®.

Kiosk ScreenshotAs soon as a transaction is entered, TMS3000® completely automates the information cycle; it prints BOLs, sends transaction files (e.g., Petroex, SAP, etc.), creates and automatically e-mails reports, and manages inventory, credit / allocations, orders, shippers, customers, carriers, tanks, etc.

You get powerful automation without the cost of automating the load racks. Just plug in TMS-Kiosk and start reaping the benefits immediately. Installation can be completed within 30 minutes.

Connect it to your network and everyone in your company can have configurable access without additional software or costs.

Typical Procedure with TMS-Kiosk:
Procedures are very flexible. You can choose to go with or without cards, order number, pre-load authorizations and other steps.

  • When the driver arrives, he or a terminal operator swipes an ID card on the TMS-Kiosk and enters the Order, Shipper, Customer, and Truck information using the touch screen.
  • TMS-Kiosk authorizes or declines the load and prints and records the information.
  • The driver loads his truck as he does today and then returns to the TMS-Kiosk with his meter tickets.
  • Either the driver or a terminal operator enters the actual load data into TMS-Kiosk. The system validates the load data, performs temperature compensation and blend tolerance checks, prints a complete bill of lading and processes the transaction.
