reports run under Crystal Reports Professional. This award-winning,
off-the-shelf software package enables nonprogrammers to edit existing
reports and create new reports. It allows customers to develop reports
in-house without Sorrento's involvement (we can also create them
for you if desired). To create reports with Crystal, users will need
to be familiar with the database and SQL.
