Lifetime System Support
Support StaffHaving bulletproof systems is the cornerstone of GA-ESI’s excellent service, which is backed by experienced field engineers on-call 24/7 to enable customers to move products safely, accurately and reliably around the clock. Support engineers have remote system access to diagnose and correct problems immediately while terminal personnel can watch and learn.

Unlike other field engineers, who are often familiar only with their own software, GA-ESI’s field engineers are well versed in load rack hardware, loading procedures and networks. This is why they’re the best in the business.

GA-ESI’s annual system support agreements include 24-hour telephone support and software updates to keep up with the latest industry requirements.

Trouble-free Installations
One of GA-ESI’s key strengths is installing new systems with minimal disruption while terminals remain in full operation. Before being shipped, every system is tested in-house by the same field engineer who is responsible for a smooth installation on site.

Training
TAP's courses are offered as standard modules and are often tailored to customers’ specific needs. Courses are held at GA-ESI’s San Diego facility and customers’ sites. Topics are geared for all levels of personnel to achieve the most effective use of GA-ESI’s products and services.

  • Conceptual understanding of the product and system functionality.
  • Detailed configurations to help customers take full advantage of a system’s versatility.
  • Preparation for on-line operation by educating users on the tools available and building their confidence.
  • Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and parts replacement.

Product Returns
If you need to return one of our products for repair or replacement, please call (858) 522-8332 or the Support Services number below to request a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). Returns will not be accepted without a RMA#. Our Return Instructions Form provides more information as well as a RMA form to use with your return. For your convenience, this form can be filled in on-screen prior to printing.
