Petrobras International signs Exclusive Agreement

Petrobras has been so pleased with the system they installed in their San Lorenzo Refinery that they signed an agreement with GA-ESI for all of their future terminal automation.

The next system has already been shipped and is due to be installed early next year. It is a completely new Terminal being built at Caleta Paula, Argentina. It will have the PowerLoad Presets at the racks, the GA-ESI PumpController in the electrical room and the TMS3000. They will also be using the HARDiTerminal for gate access and pre-authorization.

Petrobras has their own Host system, SICOM, that talks directly to the TMS3000. One of the main reasons that Petrobras chose the TMS3000 for all of their terminals was due to the ease that the TMS3000 interfaced with their SICOM system.

Both systems will be supported from the GA-ESI office in Buenos Aries, Argentina.

Below is a picture of the new skid getting ready to ship to Caleta Paula.
