The RM-2300 is the newest generation of Sorrento Electronics' Control and Display Modules. Designed for installation in conjunction with SE's RM-2000, the RM-2300 provides independent control of the RM-2000.

The RM-2300 is capable of continuous display of 4 channels (8 channels in the expanded bin configuration) of radiation monitoring data and channel status information. It provides the data collection and display, and alarm annunciation for the RM-2000, as well as performing the differentiation between common monitor and channel-specific monitor function failures. The displays of the RM-2300 are analogous to those of the RM-2000 and are available through simple, easy-to-use menu requests.

Additionally, the RM-2300 performs RM-2000 database loading and changing, supports extensive data recordings by providing 8 voltage analog outputs, and includes 32 relay drivers with programmable and selectable outputs. The RM-2300 also provides a supervisory key lockout switch and full self-diagnostic/testing capability.
